Our story
Cali Kitchen Co. began in a family kitchen in Fullerton, cooking the dishes we grew up on for friends and neighbors. Word spread, the orders grew, and the same recipes are still the ones we cook today.
Our ingredients
We shop for produce often and in small amounts so nothing sits. Proteins are seasoned and cooked in batches throughout the day, and our sauces and dough are made in-house rather than bought in.
Prepared with care
Every order is built one at a time. If you ask for extra sauce, light cheese or no heat, that's exactly how it leaves our kitchen — no pre-made trays waiting under a lamp.
